2. Eligibility & Account

You affirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining your account information securely. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Products & Pricing

All products (e.g., perfumes, room sprays, candles) are described as accurately as possible. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing/description, or fraud/delay concerns.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement; after this, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified. Custom or personalized orders are non‑cancelable.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order placement using secure methods. You confirm that the payment method is yours, and you indemnify us against fraudulent payment disputes.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

A. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of perfumes, we do not offer returns or refunds except in these cases:

The wrong item or variant was delivered.

B. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only if:

Wrong item or damaged on arrival.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
You provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel.
All packaging, labels, and freebies are returned intact.
Exchange products are subject to availability; if unavailable, you may receive equal-value alternatives or store credit

C. Process

Contact: Email email@rangrezafragrances.com or message Instagram @rangrezafragrances within 48 hours.
Provide: Order number, issue description, photos, and unboxing video.
Upon approval, we’ll share return shipping instructions.
Process exchange within 5–7 business days of receiving returned items.
Shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours.

D. Refunds

Refunds (to the original payment method) are issued only if:

We cannot fulfill an out‑of‑stock item.
Duplicate charges occur.
Cancellation was within the valid window and payment made.
