RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate and personal nature of perfume products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is completed, except in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered.

A. Exchanges Are Only Accepted If:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong fragrance or variant).
  • The product was damaged during transit and is unusable.

B. Conditions for a Valid Exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel (mandatory for damage or wrong product claims).
  • All packaging, labels, and freebies (if any) must be returned intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.

C. Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Perfumes purchased on sale, during promotions, or using discount codes.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products without valid unboxing proof.

D. Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at email@rangrezafragrances.com or message us on Instagram @rangrezafragrances within 48 hours.
  2. Mention your order number, issue, and attach photos and a full unboxing video.
  3. Once reviewed and approved, you'll receive shipping instructions.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note:

Shipping charges for return/exchange (except when it’s our mistake) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After 2 hours, orders enter the processing stage and cannot be cancelled or edited.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled at any stage.

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at email@rangrezafragrances.com with your order number.

 

3. REFUND POLICY

We currently do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

  • If an item is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order.
  • If a paid order is accidentally duplicated or charged incorrectly.
  • If the order is cancelled within the valid time window and payment has already been made.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
