- Once customization starts, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.
6. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT CLAIMS
- If you receive a broken or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours with:
- Unboxing video from sealed package
- Clear images of the damage
- Order number and name
Failure to provide a proper unboxing video will void the claim.
